Alb Weiss is a classic German-style “Hefeweizen”, or pale wheat beer. A large wheat content gives a rich, soft, fruity taste, further defined by a small amount of aromatic hops. The long, slow mashing process brings out the fullness of the malts which provide the basis for this summery beer.

The Schwabisch Alb is a range in south-west Germany, near the Black Forest.
